SIGNING OF AGREEMENTS

Congress participants may choose to publicly formalize agreements in a ceremonial setting at a specially equipped agreement signing ceremony point. The signing ceremony point is located in a prominent place and is easily accessible to media representatives.

Location: ground floor, lobby (right-hand side), next to the VIP entrance to the plenary hall.

The signing ceremony point is equipped with lighting and sound amplification equipment and signing stands. It is decorated to match the overall branding concept of the International Governance Congress 2026.
The agreement signing ceremony services include a full package of organizational and protocol support, with folders and pens provided. Ceremonies are handled by professional assistants and a host.
The service package also includes informing accredited media representatives of the event beforehand and its inclusion in the programme of press events for the International Governance Congress 2026.
Organizational and protocol support for the signing of agreements is provided free of charge, subject to the availability of time slots at the time the application is submitted.
To reserve a time slot for a signing ceremony and arrange all the necessary details, please fill out the application form and send it to alvina.shirinskaia@roscongress.org by 3 February 2026 (it is recommended that you submit your application as early as possible). Time slots for the signing ceremony point can only be booked after the organizers have received an application form.

PRESS BRIEFING

The press briefing area is a place where participants in official International Governance Congress programme events can talk to members of the press. It is located in the same place as the signing ceremony point and its services are provided free of charge, subject to the availability of time slots at the time the application is submitted.

Applications for press briefings must be submitted no later than two hours before the scheduled event.
